- Share, distribute, sell, or transfer your e-book to any third party
- Reproduce or copy the e-book (except for personal backup purposes)

- Use the e-book for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Publicly display or perform any portion of the e-book
4.3Delivery
E-booksand digital products are delivered electronically via download linkor email. It is your responsibility to download and save yourpurchases. We are not responsible for lost or inaccessible filesafter delivery.
4.4Pricing and Payment
Allprices are displayed in USD (or the currency specified on the Site)and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the timeof purchase and must be made through our approved payment processors.By providing payment information, you represent that you areauthorized to use the payment method.
5.Refund Policy
DigitalProducts (E-books):

InstallationServices:
Refundsfor installation services are subject to the terms agreed upon withthe third-party installation professional. Verdéa facilitatesconnections with installation professionals but does not directlyprovide or guarantee these services.
6.Installation Services Disclaimer
Verdéamay connect you with third-party installation professionals foroutdoor design projects. Please note:
- Verdéa does not directly provide installation services
- Installation professionals are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Verdaea
- Verdéa is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or results of installation services
- Any agreements, warranties, or disputes related to installation services are between you and the installation professional
- You are responsible for verifying credentials, licenses, and insurance of any installation professional you hire
7.Intellectual Property Rights
